DELIVERY
All our UK deliveries are free of charge (except for accessories).
Our warehouse is in Grimsby North of England and we aim to ship your order the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm. We use next-day courier service with DPD to ensure you receive your order within 24 hours.
For EU countries, we will pay all the VAT and duties in the UK so the order will arrive without ANY additional costs within 3-7 working days it is very easy and straightforward, the price you see is the total price you will pay, no hidden extras or charges or custom clearance required. No return will be accepted from Europe except if the machine is damaged in which instance we will exchange it for another one.
All our deliveries are ‘Signature Required’ unless otherwise requested at the time of checkout.
ORDER MECHANICS
1. Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, your order is automatically sent to the warehouse (same-day dispatch for orders priore 2 pm during weekdays).
You will receive upon placement of your order, an order confirmation with all the details of the order you placed plus some tips to help you enjoy your new purchase.
2. Once your order is prepared and sent by our warehouse you will receive a no-reply e-mail confirming your order has been dispatched and supplying you with a tracking number if you wish to track your order. Please check your spam e-mail if you can not find that e-mail in your inbox.
3. Then DPD our next-day courier service will get in touch with you via text confirming to you an approximate time for the delivery, if that time does not suit you please inform them so they can organize for you a new delivery slot.
That‘s it – this whole process normally goes very fast and your delivery in the UK is with you within 24 hours, a maximum of 48 hours if your order is placed after 2 pm.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Our delivery charges are free for all UK orders (except accessories).
For international orders, shipping charges will vary between £19.95 to £39.95 depending on destination and order size.
