Around 220 to 400 ml each time depending on your recipe and the amount of natural juice in your ingredients. All fruits and vegs with natural liquid will cold press perfectly including the hard ones that are difficult in slow juicers like pineapple for example. Effectively apples, pears, oranges, grapefruit, mandarins, limes, nectarines (without stone), apricots, peaches, plums, mangoes, strawberries, kiwi, passion fruit, watermelon, rockmelons and tomatos will juice perfectly. Same with leafy greens however please use the supplied glove to break the tips for 2 seconds : spinach, broccoli, kale, cucumber etc. The only vegetables that don’t press easily are carrots and beetroot, so juice them part of a recipe and ideally shred them for maximum results. If you going to only drink carrot juice then this machine is not for you as cold press tech does not perform well on carrots as they act like a sponge, everything else will juice beautifully.
